Interested in Purchasing a Property Management Company

My name is Hayden Healy and my Partner and I are looking to buy a property management company. Property management seems like a natural fit as my partner and I have decades of experience across accounting, institutional finance, operations, real estate, tax and are based in Southern California. My partner will be the operator and I am leading the acquisition.

My background starts with college in San Diego and then a decade plus of institutional real estate. Before stepping away because of a health issue, my last role was leading west coast acquisition opportunities at a Public REIT called Lendlease.
