Interested in B2B

Self funded search looking for a B2B service company in Mass,RI,CT, or relocatable. Looking for a company with at least some management that can hang over after acquisition. Max purchase price of $3m, looking for cash flows of at least 500k. Does anyone have a deal that meets this criteria?
