Interest in Traditional PE Structure from Search Fund investors?

We’re raising Fund II right now, riding the success of Fund I’s acquisitions and trending growth. We acquire and manage businesses in the blue-collar backbone of the economy: commercial construction, industrial services, infrastructure maintenance, etc… Fund I was $36M US and Fund II has a $100M US target. We have institutional investors in Fund I, so our reporting is detailed and transparent (Ex. Audited financials, quarterly reports, regular qualitative updates). We have had success from Search Fund investors too, given that our fund is somewhat structured like a Fund of multiple searches. Fund I was exclusive to Canadian domiciled LPs, opening up Fund II to US LPs. Wondering if anyone in this broader Search Fund community is interested in chatting about our strategy.
