You can map end-to-end workflows, identify automation opportunities, and ship working tools - not slide decks. You are comfortable with APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and AI-assisted workflows. Identify 5-10 manual processes ripe for automation. Build an integration backlog with priority rankings. Days 31-60: Design and ship at least one automation (e.g., automated reporting, CRM sync, document generation). Set up monitoring dashboards and alerting. Days 61-90: Package all automations into a runbook with metrics, usage instructions, and handoff documentation. Present ROI analysis to the leadership team.
