Insurance providers, please take a minute to (re)introduce yourself to the Searchfunder Community below. Please share what you do, where you are, how you are compensated, etc. The more information the better. A paragraph or two is perfect. Searcher endorsements are encouraged in the sub-replies. I'm an insurance broker based in Philadelphia at WTW (4th largest broker). Our diligence fees are ordinarily waived if we place an RWI policy for you or are named Broker of Record at close. We can do comprehensive diligence, usually for companies who are spending at least $250,000 on insurance per year. I have worked on several dozen transactions and if your deal is on the smaller or less risky side, I'm happy to support you by giving you a quick lay of the land and things to consider with the existing broker or refer you to someone at another firm who is a better fit. My experience has been predominantly with tech companies, professional services and home service rollups.
