Hello Search Funders! I am pleased to share that I have completed the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Directors Education Program and earned the ICD.D designation. The program covered governance, directors’ duties, strategy, risk and board oversight. It was a hard but fun program. I highly recommend it for business owners looking to take the next step in good governance. As a Chartered Business Valuator, I work with business owners, private companies and boards. The ICD.D designation adds to that experience and will be useful in both my valuation work and board roles.
