Insights on the NDA Process to review deals with deal team ahead of LOI

Hi All -

Would you have any insights on what is the process to be followed with regards to NDA for reviewing a potential deal with my deal team (Lawyer/Lenders/CPA) ahead of signing the LOI. Obviously I want to protect my interest and the sellers confidentiality as well but want to get insights on the deal from lenders before putting together the LOI. 

Do I have sign an NDA with every lender that I work with on Term sheets and insights?

I shared deal details with my bank, attorney, and advisors without them being specific party to the NDA, which was not an issue because this was allowed under the NDA terms. I will say, I was always diligent about marking things as confidential or verbally communicating confidentiality.
