We are committed to enhancing the value proposition to business Owners for their sales for small-to-medium sized businesses.

Our model peers deeply into how to better serve business owners as they navigate the all-important sale of their small business. Our ardent belief is that a win/win scenario should exist between the broker / intermediary and the business seller. That said, leveraging process reengineering concepts and technology allows us to redefine this relationship, ultimately lowering intermediary / brokering fee commissions to less than 5% and allowing business sellers to retain more of their hard-earned equity.

We are seeking to have 1-on-1 discussions with like-minded technologist and visionaries. We value the insights of industry professionals across several disciplines including business brokers, commercial bankers, CPAs, sale/acquisition attorneys, and financial advisors. Our first go-around on this has been quite revealing / intriguing. We'd like to keep the momentum going and we are eager to gain additional feedback and critiques.
