Hi All, 

I'm looking to connect with independent sponsors operating in UK to learn a little more about the landscape (funding, structures, players, etc.). Also open to conversations with others familiar with the space (LMM PE/mezz). 

I have a proprietary opportunity for a (relatively large) healthcare deal - headquartered in London with a global presence. Seller will roll and stay on as CEO. Currently, I'm overextended on other projects so cannot lead on this one, but could come to an arrangement if there's a fit.
