Independent sponsors and employee ownership
I'd love to know if there are folks in this network that are combining independent sponsor and employee ownership in interesting ways -- I know of some folks from the EO space that are on this forum. Are you: - An independent sponsor that wants to integrate some form of employee ownership into the company once you acqure it? - An independent sponsor that may have already acquired a business but is interested in exiting to employees - An Employee Ownership fund or focused effort that is partnering with independent sponsors for deal flow - Something else! Would love to hear what you're doing, and what your experiences and learnings have been to date.
