Independent sponsor seeking letter of support for executive search firm LOI

I'm an independent sponsor with an accepted IOI, and I'm seeking to obtain a letter of support to submit in conjunction with an LOI. The target is a ~$4.1M EBITDA executive search firm (deal value of appx. 8.0x EBITDA) with, in my view, one of the best management teams in the industry. The co-founders are top-tier operators with strong entrepreneurial track records, and they are rolling significant equity as part of this majority transaction and will remain with the business to realize a second bite of the apple. My background is highly relevant to this deal. My career has consisted almost entirely of human capital and M&A, and most recently I have done M&A advisory specifically in the human capital sector. I know this industry very well, and I have developed a buy-and-build thesis to execute on as an independent sponsor, with this target serving as the platform. This is a proprietary, off-market deal, and I have a great relationship with the sellers that I have built over about a year and a half.
