Building a roll-up platform to acquire fragmented roll-off and waste hauling operators in Florida. Focus is on small regional operators (~$500K–$1M EBITDA, typically 3–4×) aggregated into a clustered platform, initially in the Tampa region. Raising ~$3M of equity alongside SBA financing to execute initial acquisitions. Multiple targets currently under evaluation within the strategy.
