The Praxess Independent Sponsor Equity Fund is a committed-capital vehicle dedicated to partnering with Independent Sponsors on lower middle market (LMM) buyouts. They deploy $5M–$25M of equity in control investments in businesses with $2M–$12M EBITDA, 15%+ margins, and clear paths to scale and multiple expansion.
