Hi Stephen Breckenridge! Came across a packaging manufacturer the other day and thought of you....absolutely right i.e., qualifications of an independent sponsor vs searcher. The former normally has significant industry/management experience vs the nominal searcher.

Could you share your definition of independent sponsor in this context. That term is understood by many to comprise a certain level of qualifications and experience. It generally is not the same thing as a searcher. Your personal background and objectives matter significantly for what capital raising strategies make sense..
