Independent Sponsor Backers for $20m+ IT Services deal

I have been building relationships with two targets in the IT services space for the last 3 years. Both are run by retiring owners in their late 60s. I am now planning to start discussing the possibility of a deal and would love to chat with sponsors who might be interested in partnering with me, as I don’t have enough capital to execute such deals. One company has a $4M EBITDA, and the other has a $2.5M EBITDA. They both have offshore software developers, and all clients/revenue are based in the US. They have shown super stable performance and have been in the market for 20+ years.
