Does anybody here have any experience using independent investment brokers? I am trying to finance a deal using non-standard lending (due to inability to satisfy past-two-year tax return requirements), and have come across an independent debt broker. He's pretty confident he can find a set of investors for the deal, but I want to gut-check this before I go any further.
