Current owners acquired the business during COVID with the intention of refining the operating model, streamlining the supply chain, and scaling via selling franchises. They made strategic investments in advertising and marketing that have paid off significantly (revenues are up 27% vs prior year). Unfortunately due to major life events they need to sell before they can execute on remaining initiatives, but can provide a very comprehensive value-creation roadmap and transition plan to a buyer. Food-service/coffee experience preferred but not required.
