Have any one implemented CRM systems to increase EBITDA and Topline? Any particular vendors that they have chosen/reason?

I dont think a CRM alone dramatically improves EBITDA. BUT I have found that if you can put a sales team on top of "data rails" by making a handful of CRM actions required and making sure that data is high quality, you start to learn where and why leads are getting stuck. then you can make a ton of optimizations based on that data and squeeze a ton of efficiency out of the funnel. So yes, getting the CRM is the first step, but expect to spend 1-2 years iterating and slowly improving conversion rates, CAC and speed to lead.

Yes, when used as part of a comprehensive marketing strategy. If you're trying to add "EBITA" and "Topline" as part of your value prop, it seems to me you would have to be prepared to show show how the marketing strategy ties into these things. Your tool strikes me more of a project management and operations tool and less of a customer getting marketing tool.
