Anyone have experience with outreach to facebook pages, linkedin, or company website contact forms? We have initiated an email and direct mailing campaign for our Laundromat search that has been fairly successful, we've received several responses, but these are tried and true methods. However some businesses on our list dont have email but they have a website with a contact form, or they have a facebook page, or we found a linkedin for the owner. We all know Linkedin is a great resource, but has anyone out here tried to generate deal flow via web contact forms or facebook messages??

I am not sure how effective Facebook messages and Web forms would be, most likely they would be ineffective only reason being we rarely check the messages we receive on Facebook pages and web forms aren't properly integrated mostly and there is no track of where information is going. However, if you want, I might be able to help you with finding emails of people whom you are not able to reach via LinkedIn and don't have the email already. I have been doing that for 8.5 years, and I am pretty good at it. Write me an email at redacted if you want me to make the email list for you.

For laundry mats, just call. Or even walk just show up, if you're in town. The person at the front is often the manager and can give you the owners's number. this webiste: https://laundromatresource.com/ and the associated youtube has a lot of info that is helpful. He has a 3-part intro series that will give you some new ideas.
