I did my search a while back and have grown the business about fourfold. Have since recapped and partnered with a PE fund. I'm looking for people with heavy ops experience who would like to help grow a small residential HVAC business in the Seattle area with equity like search fund economics. Will require hands on style at least initially. However, will also benefit from parent company with large customer base to sell into as well as a professional team within key functional areas (HR, marketing, IT, finance) to leverage and learn from.
