In Search of Searcher: Women's Apparel & Access Brand ($2M EBITDA)

I've befriended the seller (a husband and wife team) of a beautiful wholesale supplier of branded apparel and accessories based in Dallas. They have not engaged a banker/broker.

I'm looking for a searcher to buy this with, then subsequently be the CEO of the company, helping to run the business and execute our growth plan.

I'd be able to bring equity for the purchase, just asking for the searcher to put some 'skin in the game', likely in the form of an SBA PG (which would also mean the vast majority of ownership).

The searcher/owner/CEO would have to be in Dallas - so either live there now or relocate. Unless you have ridiculous industry experience.

The business is a brand of women's apparel and accessories.

I love the business for a few reasons:

-It's almost entirely sold wholesale
- It's incredibly capital efficient
- Although a wholesale brand, there is a distinct brand
Growth would come from adding additional big box retailers (where I have expertise) and adding additional wholesale outlets. Possibly growing DTC.
