"In Search of" Do you have a sample 1 or 2 page Investor Teaser?

I am ready to begin my search for investors, private equity, and/or family offices to help fund my buy and build strategy.  One letter of intent signed second is near completion. Do you have a sample you have seen or used in the past? The redacted information is fine. The look and feel is what I'm attempting to replicate.
