In search of a new lender to take over - any recommendations? $3.5M

Hey everyone! I have the blessing from my current lender to either perform a "Transfer in participation" (SBA loan transfer to a new bank) or pay off with a new lender/other type of loan. For some background I purchased a profitable manufacturing business, with $1.9M in real estate. The corporate HQ is in VA while 99% of operations are in upstate NY. Edited to add: We have strong PE interest in providing funding for future growth, but my priority right now is speed. But I am open to PE/equity type investments to payoff as well
