In search of a company to buy

Hi All,

I've been working with a client and he is seeking a company to purchase.
The specifics:
- in the food processing industry. Peferrably meat processing
- $10-20MM in revenue
- $1MM in EBITDA
- Company should have its own product(s) or OE replacement parts
- Needs to be located in WI or surrounding states

If there is someone here who knows of a company that fits this description, or has a connection it would be greatly appreciated.
