Hi all! I'm an OIR with Liberty Partners where I'm searching for a business to acquire that provides either 1) non-hazardous liquid waste services (specifically grease pumping, hauling, and processing) or 2) commercial kitchen equipment repair services. If you, or you know of anyone, that... - Owns a business in these spaces - Runs or works for a business that uses these services - Has transacted in these spaces (bankers, advisors, brokers, lenders, PE shops, searchers, prior-owners, or anyone else) - Has previously researched these spaces ...I'd love to chat or be introduced! If that’s you (or someone you know), please comment or DM me and I’ll follow up ASAP. Thanks in advance for the help and support!

I searched here - did a campaign. Saw that while customers are sticky there are a few large players that cater to the SMB market (1-2 restaurants). Found the market to be highly consolidated and priced fairly efficiently. Capex is also an issue as those trucks can cost $200K+, much cheaper if bought used of course.

Hey, I have a friend who owns this type of kitchen grease hauling business in Florida. Send me an email at redacted and I will introduce you to him.
