in active LOI negotiation right now - seeking specific lender intros

by a searcher in Philadelphia, PA, USA

seeking intros to lenders who portfolio or otherwise have non- or below- prime based products for strong sponsors / deals

common examples: own internal cost of capital, fed + spread, FHLB index + spread

good examples: larger lenders who do this are BofA, Chase, WF // area focused lenders who do this are TD, Comerica, etc.

prefer this to be a SBA 10 year amort or 7-10 yr amort commercial product

either way, this is great for a private banker or small business lender looking for a customer acquisition and long-term relationship

Thank you!

Just naming a bunch of lenders isn't going to help you if they can't do the deal. Every deal stands on its own merit. You figure out how the deal is going to be structured, then you figure out where to take the deal. Every lender is different, especially when it comes to search funder types of deals. Many banks will not even do them. That is the biggest misconception about SBA; borrowers think they work like a residential RE loans where every bank offers the same thing, they don't. Without details on your deal, you are simply guessing.
