Hi there, I'm a self-funded searcher actively looking for product/servcie businesses to acquire in healthcare/health tech space with $1-2M EBITDA. I am under LOI on a mental telehealth business, conducting due diligence on this as well. https://www.aafp.org/news/government-medicine/hr1-primary-care.html Rate cuts in the state where this business operates are what is concerning right now for me. Depending on the state you are looking at, the impacts are really significant. In the state of Nebraska, for instance, the impact was huge. However, it didn't came from the State and not Federal levels. I am happy to chat more about it, send me a direct message.
