Immediate Bridge Loan or Equity Investor

Have a ~$5mm opportunity in bankruptcy. The majority of the deal’s value is within it’s real estate, but there is an attractive operating company with defensive traits and an extremely compelling entry point. We need to be all cash buyers with committed financing within two weeks, with funding a few weeks later. We would consider either a high LTV hard money loan / bridge financing (willing to PG for the right economics), or we could act as the sponsor for an equity investor (with market terms). This is an easily refinanceable group of assets- just need more time with banks than the bankruptcy process will allow, which is creating such a valuation disconnect and opportunity.

We are more than happy to take a look. We have over 350 funding partners we work with and we do quite a bit of hard money / private money financing, including even some with in-house funds. You can reach me directly at redacted
