My name is Charles and I'm a consultant based out of Chicago. I'm an entrepreneur but I'm quite new to the idea of a search fund and entrepreneurship thru acquisition. Glad to see such an active and knowledgeable network. For the most part, I'm looking to network with investors & searchers and provide HR advisory services to new operators.
In my networking, I have come across a couple of Private Equity firms and one Family Office looking for deals, while I know this is not the focus of this group, I would be interested to know and learn from the experience of any independent sponsors.
Professionally, I have an expertise in all things related to Industrial - Organizational Psychology. I am actively looking to expand my consulting practice and would be open to exploring the acquisition of a smaller boutique practice.
