IE SEARCH FUND SUMMIT 2025

Attending last week the Search Funds Summit 2025 at IE University was a genuine pleasure. I had the honor of joining a dynamic panel — “POST-ACQUISITION: WHERE REALITY BEGINS” — with outstanding entrepreneurs and CEOs, ^redacted‌ and ^redacted‌, as well as leading legal expert ^redacted‌. The discussion was moderated by ^redacted‌. The conversation went straight to the heart of what happens after a company is acquired: navigating the transition with previous owners, building trust with teams, strengthening governance, driving strategic pivots, and laying the groundwork for scalable growth. These shared experiences offered valuable insight into the realities of the first hundred days and the lessons learned along the way.
