IBIS Report - Number of enterprises / Number of establishment

Hello Team,

I have a question regarding IBIS reports. Does anyone know the difference between number of enterprises VS number of establishment?

In my case, I want to know the total number of companies in a specific geographical area. So I'm wondering which of these 2 values I should focus on.
