Have anyone asked the bank of the business that you are trying to acquire to raise the capital for the acquisition of the business?

Deal structure and funding is a fact of creativity of the person who is seeking funding?

I will be glad if we can share thoughts on this?

There are people who have questions and are not bold to speak up

From my experience, this can be achieved. You may need to own a portion of the business first (not a majority, perhaps 10-20%) and the bank will fund the acquisition of the shares of the remainder.

If you're looking in the USA, they could already be approved by SBA lenders?

Hi Oladotun. I have, twice. The 1 seller made the suggestion. The other I asked and they were happy to oblige. Both banks were happy to work with us and growing the business. It was simple - I asked. You don't ask, you don't get. Try it. All the best.
