I want to buy a restaurant brand…I think.

As background, I’ve worked for a small-mid regional brand for the past 4.5 years. After this experience, I think this is the route I want to take. So,

1. Does anyone have any leads on small-mid size brands (think 50 units or less) based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro, or can be operated remotely, or moved shortly?

2. Recognizing this is bigger than a standard ask, are there any investors who might be interested in this “bigger check” concept?
