Looks like deals are plentiful here and supposedly the views counter implies interest, but no comments, not much actually going on

the community is indeed very active but as has bee brought up, search is an active market. While everyone is very very helpful and willing to be, we are also all using the same tactics and have the same goal meaning more time is spent in actual execution and engagement then commenting. Brokers respond to requests and direct engagement, rarely comments.

Thanks for the tag Luke! We’ve worked with many members of this community on pre-LOI deal reviews, as well as Financial and Commercial Due Diligence. It’s a really valuable space, and while most conversations continued via DMs or email, they started with initial interactions on the platform.
