I need non-SBA loans to acquire a $12 million service business in the U.S.

I found a service business with stable EBITDA of $3.1 million, $12 million price tag, minimal collateral.

Seller has agreed to a small seller note. I will be injecting cash from my investors and me. I am looking for cash flow lenders who can provide senior and junior debt (non-SBA).
