I need help and I don't know where to go....
I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible. My wife and I started the company (EMS & NEMT) January 2024, since then we have done over $7M in gross revenue and are projected to do another $6-7M over the next 12 months. We are growing really fast, we were awarded the contract for the largest public 11 day event in South Carolina this year, it is a 1 year contract plus 4 options. I have a meeting with a racetrack in a week to provide EMS services to them and recently we have had hospitals requesting contracts for dedicated ALS units. Problem: I had no access to traditional working capital and used MCA's with the thought of refinancing the SBA's once we meant our banks rules. Once we meant our banks rules and had the SBA in underwriting the SBA updated its rules to no longer allow refinancing of MCA's. ( redacted - Good watch on MCA's). And our MCA's are now draining me at $35,000/week. Things I've tried: SBA's, Traditional Banks, Community Banks and Funds, Reddit, Selling shares to investors (even had a few come and tour our operation) most investors just end up ghosting me but some have given some feedback like once the MCA's are gone they would be interested in injecting equity. Recently I've had a large SBA bank say if I can get the MCA's off my balance sheet into a single monthly payment, in 12 months they can refinance that into a SBA. What will not work: Factoring, we have a good factoring deal in place for our skilled nursing contracts but health insurance factoring will not work as they require us to have the MCA's gone too. Asset based funding, the majority of our vehicles have loans on them and we have less than $200k in unencumbered assets and equipment. Ideal solution: $1.5M to $2M interest only loan or line of credit for 2 years that will underwrite the whole story and not some hard carved in stone requirements. This will get us to the point where we can then refinance into a SBA. The funds would be used to retire all the MCA's, get a couple more ambulances on the road we already own, and to hire more staff so we can crew our fleet 24x7 and reduce overtime, right now we only run from 4am to 7pm. Where do I go? Where do I search? Who do I ask? redacted
