I need guidance.

Hello everyone, my name is Jacob. You have likely seen me commenting on post occasionally and offering my insight. Here is the bread and butter, I work 55+ hours at a car dealership. I have designed front to back architectural blueprints in depth for a multi level monetization structure. I am needing guidance as to what to do, I do not have a lot of extra income to hire an operator or pay for someone to build this. I do not have the time to do this either myself. I am willing to, I just lack the time to balance daily grind at the dealership. I am out of ideas, I am looking for someone to tell me to give up while I’m ahead or guide me to how I need to move forward
