What is the best way to get a business valuation for a tow truck company with strong marketing and sales but lacks in systems, processes, and formal accounting?

They also do junk car pickup and sales. They don't own or lease a storage yard for these vehicles. They buy, pick up, and sell to a junk car facility the same day.
