Like Eric already pointed out, senior living (which might be different from assisted living) is a tough market right now as people pulled out their relatives during covid, costs are rising, but you cannot easily raise prices because the payer often is the care insurance and politically it is not wanted ot make this a private/free-market thing.... I am not at all into the regulatory/political aspect of it at all though and what I wrote might be wrong ;) But that's what I heard
