I have screened lots of companies in Finland & Estonia, and now I have a good target. The company sells approximately for 2.6M€ with premises. The price is low, for two years average ebitda is 0,6M€. As the premises are approx 1.2M€, the ebitda coefficeint is only 3. The revenue and profit are linear and understandable. Need equity investors asap!
