I have a cracker deal - but need a GP (Doctor) in Australia

I have a great deal (General medical practice), but to secure it I need a principal GP to work onsite.

I am willing to provide all the finance and manage high-level operations, for the right GP who is willing to work in the practice they will receive equity and a good salary from the existing client base.
