This is an area I'm very interested in (and have been working on), albeit one of the big value adds would be helping to identify & analyse off-market opportunities. In terms of feedback, it looks like it's fairly standard GPT wrapper? Not to say that isn't useful for some people whole aren't familiar with AI, but I think something that would be genuinely useful would incorporate agents & RAG. I would also suggest doing (a lot) more polishing of the website - image repetition & typos on the home page don't instill confidence.
