I have a client who owns a farm and wants to buy out his partners before he sells his property. He has pending contracts on his land to sell and lease back and needs a bridge loan of $30mm for 6-9 months to buy out his partners. Again, he has pending contracts to sell the property for over $30mm.

I am looking for someone who understands the farming industry, land, and bridge loans.
