Hi all - we're pursuing a few HVAC / contractor service businesses in the SE... some that are late stage (>$1M of EBITDA) - touches both commercial & residential. Hey @redacted‌ - fellow ND undergrad alum here too. I operated an HVAC/Plumbing company in the Boston area and sold it last year to Ace Hardware. Also have an HVAC client in the SE. I'm pretty focused on the space, would love to connect.
