HVAC Fractional CFO

We’re looking for a fractional CFO/CPA to support accounting and reporting for a HVAC company that’s in our portfolio. It’s currently focused on multifamily construction but we’re also building out a services arm. We’re looking for the following in particular: - Reviewing our accounting practices and improving them as needed (incl. implementation in Quickbooks as relevant) - Support with implementation of our project management and service management software (incl. setting up job costing and profitability reporting) - Cash flow projections and management - Tax preparation There are lots of fractional CFOs out there, but we're looking for somebody who has specific experience in HVAC and is familiar with the software/practices in the space. Does anybody know of a person/firm that might be a good fit for this?
