I'm about to shut down. I must sleep 12hrs a day. Not a joke. 2x Skull Surgeries since 4/2025. Declared Cancer Free 3/2025. Brainfog, confusion, and memory loss due to the TBI i got during the first skull surgery.
We’re selling an established New Hampshire HVAC/construction business because my health simply no longer allows me to run it. Last year the company generated approximately **$580,000 in SDE**, and right now I have roughly **$500,000 of additional work that I have deliberately held off signing** because I’m not willing to sign contracts unless I’m confident we can perform them.
If you run a construction company in New Hampshire, own an HVAC-related business, or want an established operating location and footprint in New Hampshire, I’d encourage you to reach out.
The reason for the sale is straightforward and very personal. Look me up and you'll see some of what I've been through. I've had two skull surgeries in the last 16 months, suffered a traumatic brain injury, and have been cancer-free for about a year and a half. Today I need roughly 12 hours of sleep, get about three hours of real mental clarity, and spend much of the remainder of the day dealing with brain fog and confusion.
It’s crazy being 57 and facing the reality of going on disability. It came largely out of nowhere. I’m sure there’s a book somewhere in the last few years of this experience, and maybe someday I’ll write it.
But right now, I have a responsibility to the company, our employees, and our customers. I’m not going to keep signing work simply because the revenue is available when my health prevents me from providing the leadership the business deserves.
The company is already represented by a business broker and has been on the market. This isn't an idea or a startup. It's an established operating business with employees, customers, infrastructure, history, significant SDE, and work available immediately.
Sometimes timing, karma, health, markets, or whatever you choose to call it takes the decision out of your hands. You adapt.
