Understand the mix of business due to new construction vs. maintenance. I've done 3 HVAC deals for clients this year and happy to hop on a call.

I am considering a company in new commercial construction, learning that this is not desirable because of demand volatility.

Are there individuals experienced in expanding commercial into residential or recurring commercial contracts? Would appreciate any insights on unexpected challenges and what your journey looked like from an execution and timeline perspective?
