Hubspot (free version) + reply.io

My second year Hubspot renewal price is too high to continue, so I'm probably going to cancel it. The alternative is to either use Pipedrive + Reply.io or continue to use the free Hubspot CRM feature with Reply.io

Do any searchers out there have experience using the free Hubspot CRM + Reply?

The HBR Guide to Small Business also mentioned Zoho as a low cost option, but it might be outdated. I haven't gotten a CRM yet - interested to hear what people are using!
