I'm under LOI with an outsourced HR business. I'm interested in hearing from other operators with experience in this industry to help with my operational due diligence. What key things may I not be asking that I should? How can I evaluate the quality of their services. It seems like a catch-22 since obviously I can't talk to their customers or employees until after close. How would you go about getting competitor information and pricing?

I'm also interested in hearing advice on successful sales and marketing approaches for this kind of business or other consultancy businesses.
