How's anyone used IncFile to form a legal entity?

I am currently going through due diligence, and I was thinking of using IncFile to form my LLC quickly without having to stop my due diligence. Has anyone on this platform used IncFile to form a legal entity? If so, how was your experience? Is it worth the money?

I set up a basic 1-member LLC for someone on IncFile. I think this way you can basically "get going", get a tax number and a bank account etc. If there are multiple members and any sort of deals between them I think you could form the company on IncFile but you should let a lawyer take over.....

Hi Anthony, thank you for your comment! Yes, this is a 1-member LLC (just me). Getting into due diligence was quicker than I expected due to the seller and I skipping LOI and getting directly into a purchase agreement. I will try IncFile to (like you said) get going. Thank you!
